Art Neville was a co-founder of The Neville Brothers, and was a song writer and keyboardist for both this group and others. The Neville Brothers traditionally closed the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for many years.
Art narrated and played in the 2005 documentary "Make it Funky!," he received several Grammys and a Grammy Life Time Achievement Award for his work with The Meters. Art passed away in 2019.
