About
Sharply in contrast with Ufan’s usual minimalist style, this watercolor painting shows the true beauty of the medium. Despite the massive amounts of pigment in the center, there is still a sense of translucence to each brushstroke. Upon close inspection, one can still see each and every distinctive stroke of the brush. Even where the layers are heaviest, the watercolor manages to not look muddy, but rather there is a depth to it that invites viewers to dive in.
