Yoshida was an avid traveler, outdoorsman, and hiker, and he captured the beauty of various scenes through these prints. He took inspiration from 19th-century European watercolorists and added Japanese themes to depict the natural beauty of the landscape. This print depicts the peaks of several mountains and the clouds that surround it, indicating the height of the mountains. Yoshida outlined the patches of grass that surrounded the rocks to emphasize the greenness of the mountains. The background of the prints shows the changing colors of the sky which evoke a feeling of peacefulness and emphasizes the spirituality of nature.
