This violent snapshot of a painting depicts a bull calmly standing in the bottom right corner as a bullfighter on a bleeding horse comes in from the left with spear, readying to kill the animal. Behind the bullfighter stand his bullfighting companions, watching intently for the kill while a deceased, bloodied horse lies in front of some of them. At the top right part of the rink there is a shadowy figure animal, curled up and lying on the ground, assumedly dead. An obscure, mass of dots faintly recall a crowd at the edge of the rink.
