Art Gallery of South Australia
Founded in 1881, the Art Gallery of South Australia is home to one of Australia\’s great art collections, housed in one of Adelaide\’s most beautiful buildings. Located at the heart of Adelaide\’s cultural boulevard, North Terrace, between the South Australian Museum and University of Adelaide.
Opening Hours
The Gallery is open daily 10am to 5pm (closed 25 December).
Admission
General admission to the Gallery is free. Charges apply for some exhibitions.
Parking
Parking is available opposite the Gallery in the Wilson’s Carpark on North Terrace.
Restaurant & Bookshop
The award-winning Art Gallery Restaurant is open every day from 10am to 4.30pm. Make a booking by telephoning 08 8232 4366.
