Gaber Project: In Portland in October
In 2019, Art Authority/1000Museums was honored to be selected by the Dan J. Epstein Family Foundation to photograph, digitize and create a database of the 4200 panels of Harley Gaber’s epic work DIE PLAGE, in preparation for public display of the work. It took a team of three in our Ashland, Oregon offices a number of months to complete the project. The digital files created by the effort were over xx GB in size.
DIE PLAGE is currently scheduled for display at the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education in Portland, Oregon from October 12, 2022 to January 22, 2023.
